the tracker details you enter as the admin — a name, owner name, default currency, and notes.

the people you track — their real name, how you know them (e.g. "sister", "neighbor"), and notes.

each record — whether it's an item or cash lent or borrowed, a title, description, amount and currency, transaction/due/reminder dates, and status (active, returned, paid, settled, or cancelled), plus any notes added to it.

your browser locally remembers the display name you last typed into a note, so you don't retype it each time — that's the only thing stored on your device.

showing you what's outstanding — what you're owed, what you owe, and what's been settled.

sell your data, run ads against it, or share who owes whom with anyone outside your tracker.

in a private, access-controlled postgres database. names, relationships, notes, and amounts are stored as entered — only the admin and view access tokens are one-way hashed, and those tokens live in the shareable link, not the database. there's no public listing; access is controlled entirely by having the link.

if you open lendmate from homebase, your homebase account email is shown in that session's page header only — lendmate doesn't store it.

mark a record settled or remove it any time from the tracker. email me if you want a tracker's data gone for good.
